Now that I have my blog page up what do I do with it? My first attempt to blog on my own page is happening now. This is history in the making. This is good! I'm learning and now I know how to post a blog.
Now that is over I can relax. As a returning adult to school some things are difficult to understand, like setting up this blog page, but I try and I learn. I sat in my new media class today and listened to a presentation about music (ipod & what is next) and learned that Public Radio is all but dead. There were a lot of things mentioned that I didn't understand, and there were some things I did understand, which I appreciate; like transister radio. Satlelight (sp) Radio, internet radio (both in our vehicles) are hard to grasp. I like the radio the way it is. I enjoy the commercials, the talk and the music (sometimes). The big lesson I gained from todays class was that there are those who know how to use and maximize on these aplications and those who don't and those who don't (or won't) will be on the poor side of the digital divide (applications divide) in the near future. That only leaves one thing for me to do: hurry and gain an understanding.
